My overall philosophy is to help and empower my patients to be able to treat and manage their own conditions.
· I’m extremely passionate about what I do, and I continue learn and take courses to expand my expertise.
· I have multiple physiotherapy “tools” in my tool belt, ranging from Functional Movement Assessments, NeuroKineticTherapy, Acupuncture & Dry Needling, Joint Mobilization, McKenzie therapy, STR/ART, Fascial Manipulation, Therapeutic Taping, Normative Data comparisons, and more
· I regularly review scientific literature and I think of creative ways of applying it in order to enhance my practice through evidence-based methods that are clinically relevant, not just using modalities based on speculative claims.
Speaking of research, there’s a mountain of it to show that using a physiotherapist in a rehabilitation model of practice is safe, effective, and highly regarded by patients.
